Get to know me!

I am an abstract painter currently based out of Nashville, Tennessee, with ties to the 30A area of the Florida panhandle.

Having taken art classes since I was just 4 years old, my life has been built around the joy of creating. Nothing thrills me more than the idea that I can share that same joy I feel when creating with others, filling their homes and hearts with beauty, meaning, peace, and fond memories.

Though I practiced art practically all my life - attending shows, winning awards, going to art schools during the summers - I strayed from this path once I went to college, instead choosing to study languages and photography. When I graduated, I felt God calling me back to art in a way that I couldn’t ignore.

And so I became an artist - even though it was scary and even though I had no idea where I should start, it was enough to know that God would be there beside me.

I now create work that is inspired by the books I read, movies I watch, the forms and colors I encounter on long nature strolls, and everything in between that sparks joy and interest in me. I try to always keep myself open to the opportunity to encounter art in the small aspects in my life so that I can give them new life on the canvas.
